Community development block grants are one source of funds and are available to communities for a wide range of improvements from infrastructure to building renovations.  We have several staff that are certified CDBG contract administrators and have worked on CDBG funded projects state wide including Fairfield Downtown Revitalization, New Portland Fire Station and Randolph Sewer Main Replacement. Other projects that we are experienced in administration are as follows:
