Public Buildings: We have designed town offices in Sidney, Jackman, Greenville, Beaver Cove and Benton, a police station expansion in Fairfield, a fire station/emergency response building in New Portland, fire stations in Thorndike, Albion, and Rome, and retrofitted a building as a public library in Winslow.
Large Buildings: The local CPA realty building at First Park in Oakland is an example of a modern office building that was built under a design/build concept. Others include the complete design and DEP permitting for a hanger expansion (16,400 s.f.) at the Oxford County Airport, and a large expansion to the LaVerdiere’s warehouse in Winslow.
Treatment Buildings: Treatment buildings are related to water and wastewater facilities and include operations buildings, pump stations and treatment plants. These buildings and structures have varied in cost from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
Other Buildings: We have designed complete renovations and additions for doctor’s offices and residences. Our residential structural designs and analyses have been for both new construction and renovations.
